1. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR DRESSING

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS: Combine all ingredients together in a mason jar. Seal the lid and shake up before using.

  • 1/4 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 3 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp water

  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 2 tsp freshly grated ginger

DIRECTIONS: Combine all ingredients together in a mason jar. Seal the lid and shake up before using.

4. CREAMY AVOCADO DRESSING

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1/4 c lime juice

  • 1/4 c water

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 c cilantro

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1/2 tsp cumin

  • sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS: Combine all ingredients together in a blender. Pour into a mason jar and store in the fridge before use (Add more water to the dressing if you want a thinner consistency).

5. HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

  • 1/2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp honey

  • 2 Tbsp dijon mustard

  • sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
